Cocktail Recipe courtesy of Total Wine & More – 1 oz. white rum– 1 oz. coconut cream– 3 oz. pineapple juice
– 1 cup crushed ice
– 1 pineapple slice to garnishCombine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice in blender. Blend together until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple slice.
