When does Santa go on Break each day?
Santa Feeds his Reindeer (break times) from: 3p – 3:30p and 6p – 6:30p
Can I have multiple children in my Santa photo?
Yes, your Santa photo package is of one sitting but may have multiple people in it
Will Santa be here after Christmas?
No, he will not. After his long trip around the world on Christmas Eve, he will go back to the North Pole and take a well-deserved nap.
Can I make a reservation to see Santa and Skip the line?
Yes, you can. you can go to www.santasfastpass.com type in your zip code, select The Village at Allen and then choose your time. A small reservation fee will apply.
Where can I find my Photo Code?
Your unique photo code can be found on your receipt and on the bottom left of your printed photo
What if I lost my receipt?
If you have lost your receipt, you can find your photo code on the bottom left (see below) of any of your Santa Photos.
If I buy a Photo Download online, will I be able to print that at my local photo retailer?
If you buy a Photo Download online, you will be able to print that photo at any local photo retailer, as long as you print out the ‘Receipt and Copyright Release’ email that you received immediately following your online purchase and take that with you to the photo retailer along with the device on which you saved that Photo Download. If you do not receive your ‘Receipt and Copyright Release’ email in your Inbox, Junk, or Spam folder within 24 hours of your Photo Download purchase from MyHolidayMoments.com, please visit www.cherryhillprograms.com/copyright and complete the form to instantly receive your copyright release and registration.
